Single Ply Roofing
Single ply roofing systems are generally factory-fabricated and installed in the field as a single layer. Single play roofing systems can be loose-laid and ballasted, adhered or mechanically attached to the substrate. Our portfolio of major single ply roofing products includes:
- TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a proprietary thermoplastic polyolefin combining polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber. The white, scrim-inforced membrane combines the weatherability of rubber with the heat weldability of a thermoplastic in a highly flexible sheet with excellent lay-flat characteristics.
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a membrane made of rubber with an additive to provide tensile strength.
- PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a flexible PVC and KEE blended thermoplastic roofing membrane that is produced with a polyester weft-inserted reinforcement. This heat weldable PVC membrane is available in .045 and .060 mil. thickness and offers outstanding weathering characteristics and durability. Available in white, this reflective membrane is suitable for a variety of low slope applications.
